Online Terms of Use for Hetalia MMD
Hello.
There are many models which I distributed, and it is difficult to standardize all my Term of Use.
This Online Terms of Use applies to Hetalia MMD models only.
There are many differences between this Online Terms of Use and Terms of Use which I have already enclosed with my models.
However, from this time, this Online Terms of Use is the latest version of Shachi's Hetalia MMD model.
So, please read and agree with ALL terms of use written in this article before using Shachi's Hetalia MMD models.
If you do not agree with ALL terms of use, or if you do not understand any part of this online terms of use, you are NOT allowed to use Shachi's MMD model data.
Please Note:
-About other MMD models except Hetalia MMD models...
Please follow the Terms of Use which is enclosed with the model.
-This Online Terms of Use does not apply art works before its updating.

1. For all Shachi's Hetalia MMD models (PLEASE FOLLOW ALL TERMS)
My Model Data is modeled on the basis of Himaruya Hidekazu's comics Axis Powers Hetalia from Gentosha Comics.
Some costumes are not appeared in the original work.
[NOT ALLOWED]
*Using this MMD Model Data for any works which contain negative content toward the original product, individual, and/ or group.
*Using this MMD Model Data for insulting to others, other organizations, and/or other countries.
*Claiming the creator of these data falsely.
*Using this MMD Model Data for making profit.
*Using this MMD Model Data for works including grotesque, and/ or violent content. (R-18G and excessive bloody content is also included)
*Separating this MMD model's part.
*Editing Shachi's model as woman
*Editing to another character from this model.
*Editing Shachi's models of Army [Army/ Tank man]/ Navy [Type I/ Type II/ Seaman]/ Self-Defense Forces, which look totally different from their original uniform, and treating them as Army/ Navy/ Self-Defense Forces.
Please Note:It is OK to edit clothes which is not related to military and Self-Defence Force. eg. ordinary clothes
*Using a part/parts of this model to edit other models.
*Using a body of this model for clothes to edit other models.
*Distributing this MMD Model Data whether you edit them or not.
*Using this MMD Model Data for commercial use in any ways.
*It is forbidden to use my models in VRChat and other similar services.
(My models are allowed to use in ONLY MMD.)

*Using this MMD Model for works in romantic relationships.(Please note that grotesque/ violent content is NOT allowed)
Please Note:
-If you would like to use Shachi's models and other person's models, and they are in romantic relationship, please check the other person's Term of Use.
(There are many models which is not allowed to use for works in romantic relationships.)
-In Hetalia MMD category, works in romantic relationships between Shachi's model and other person's model is NOT ALLOWED.
(However, works in romantic relationships between both Shachi's models is allowed in Hetalia MMD category.)
*Using Shachi's models for SNS icon or header
Please Note:
If you would like to use pictures for SNS icon or header, using picture from video, Shachi made (http://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/36708663), is also ALLOWED
*Editing Shachi's models of Army [Army/ Tank man]/ Navy [Type I/ Type II/ Seaman]/ Self-Defense Forces, which look totally different from their original uniform, and not treating them as Army/ Navy/ Self-Defense Forces.
*Changing age and ranks of Army [Army/ Tank man]/ Navy [Type I/ Type II/ Seaman]/ Self-Defense Forces uniform and using as Army/ Navy/ Self-Defense Forces.

*Bookmarking contents tree in Niconico-doga (Niconico-video) is non-essential, but I am happy to watch your works if you do so.
*Please use this MMD Model Date at your own risk.
I shall not be responsible or liable for any damage of any kind incurred as a result of the using this data.
*If you find any works on a NON-JAPANESE website which do not follow these rules,
I would greatly appreciate it if you can ask that individual to delete that video and/or image.
*All models are made as Shachi's hobby.
Please Note:
It may be the Term of Use violation even if matters are not listed, when I judge my model is used inappropriately.
If I find violation, it may happen to ask you the following:
-Deleting your works
-Prohibiting the use my model

2. If you would like to use Shachi's Japan models with other person's Japan model, PLEASE read and agree with following terms.
Japan(normal)[日本], Japan with a sword[日本刀袋],Japan wearing black uniform[黒軍服], Another[アナザー], Gaku-Heta[学ヘタ], Suit[スーツ]
→Please follow above terms ("1. For all Shachi's Hetalia MMD models").
→Those models are ALLOWED to be paired with other person's Japan model in your work.
Japanese Army[日本陸軍], Japanese Tank man[日本戦車兵], Japanese Navy Type I[海軍第一種軍装], Japanese Navy Type II[海軍第二種軍装], Japanese Seaman[日本水兵], Japanese Self-Defense Forces(summer/ winter uniform)[海自(夏/冬)]
→You need to follow the above terms ("1. For all Shachi's Hetalia MMD models") and also following terms.
→Please read and agree with following terms.
[NOT ALLOWED]
*Being paired with other person's Japan model.
→Exception: If there is no connection between those Shachi's models and other Japan models, and they appear on other scene, it is allowed.
[ALLOWED]
*Being paired with other person's Japan dot model or mascots such as Japan's teddy bear model and Japan's mochi model.
